Project Quantity Surveyor l Commercial Fitout CAT A & CAT B
This Project Quantity Surveyor role is with an established fitout specialist who has been very successful in numerous new office and laboratory fitout projects in central London.
For this 6-month freelance contract as a Project Quantity Surveyor you will be based on site in central London very close to Regents Park tube station. Due to the business having a very healthy pipeline there is a strong chance of your contract being extended into next year and on an ongoing basis.
The project itself is live and onsite and is 1 floor of office and laboratory fitout of £10m in value.
You will as Project Quantity Surveyor work in a commercial team under a Senior Quantity Surveyor and manage numerous packages such as M&E, partitions, ceilings and joinery among others.
Being a specialist fitout project, you will have been the Project Quantity Surveyor for leading fitout contractors and be familiar with the packages involved. Although laboratory or medical projects experience is not essential, it would be advantageous. You will also be based within a reasonable commute to London and have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification.
