Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Join our secondary schools in Chelmsford as an Unqualified SEN Teacher starting in September 2024 and play a pivotal role in supporting inclusive education.

As an Unqualified SEN Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students who have diverse learning needs, providing tailored support and guidance to help them thrive academically and socially. Your role will involve collaborating with qualified teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student can achieve their full potential.

We are seeking compassionate individuals with a genuine interest in SEN education. While prior experience in SEN teaching is advantageous, it is not essential. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the field of special education or for those considering a career in teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the educational and social development of students with SEN.
  • Assisting in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support in classroom settings.
  • Collaborating with SENCOs and other professionals to ensure effective support for students.
