As a Casual Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work across various classrooms and year groups, providing invaluable support to students and teachers alike. Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, supporting students with their learning, and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and activities.
• Supporting individual students or small groups in their learning, under the guidance of teaching staff.
• Promoting positive behavior and engagement within the classroom.
• Providing support during examinations and assessments.
• Helping to create resources and materials for lessons.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience working with secondary school students, ideally within an educational setting.
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting teaching and learning.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
