Position: Sous Chef

Platinum Recruitment is working with a well-established care group, and their care home in Sunningdale. Their community offers a full range of nursing care support, palliative care, respite breaks and long-term care.

What's involved?
- Your contract will be full time consisting 40 hours per week (no evenings)
- At full capacity the home can hold 88 residents.
- You'll be working with local fresh produce to cook seasonal and creative meals
- You will support the Head Chef, lead by example and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality
