Job Title - HR, Health & Safety and Facilities Administrator

Salary - Up to £32k

Location - Greater Manchester

Working Hours - 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 4pm on Friday, Work from home 1 day a week.

A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join an established Manchester based team, as the HR & Health Safety Administrator you will be the backbone of the office, this role is full of variety and no day will be the same. The company has been established for over 100 years and offers stability in an ever-changing market.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Enthusiastic team player, with a proactive approach, good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Organised, and capable of prioritising multiple tasks.
