The company
Our client is fast growing manufacturing business based in Cambridgeshire, who due to growth wish to appoint a Technical Manager who is ready for their next challenge.
The role
Our client seeks a strong, technically competent individual with passion, flair and the desire to put their stamp on a complex manufacturing environment. You will lead, manage and support the technical team, the internal audit team, compliance team and the HACCP team. You will manage procedures and policies and ensure team members are trained and supported to understand food safety and quality systems, whilst ensuring the site has an active and positive food safety culture plan.
The person
Our ideal candidate will have an excellent technical knowledge base and be experienced in developing and improving all technical processes. You will be a real hands on people person who can build, coach and support the technical team.
