Technical Designer (CAD & Revit)

£50,000 - £60,000/annum + Commission + Package
Using your technical expertise, you will be responsible for creating and producing construction packages using Revit and AutoCAD, seeing through delivery of the design. You must be knowledgeable in architectural design and building regulations and be able to advise on what is feasible in a project.

The world of Design and Build is exciting and fast-paced. We work on multiple designs at once and deliver projects of varying scales and types. This also means you have the opportunity to see a project being realised from start to finish and have a hand in every stage of the process.

Experience:
  • Fluent in AutoCAD & Revit 
  • Experience working on Interior Fit-Out schemes
  • Thorough understanding and working knowledge of Building Regulations, systems and construction methods 
  • High level of technical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met
  • Experience in workplace design/fit out/design and build preferable
