We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join our Metworks team at MTVH on a Fixed Term Contract. In this role you will support the Fleet and Transport Manager with the day-to-day administrative functions required to ensure the smooth running of operations.
As Fleet Administrator you will be responsible for providing first point of contact response to telephone and email enquiries, as well as ensuring all administrative support is fulfilled as required. It is expected that the workload will be high, so the ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Ensuring compliance within the fleet will be essential to this role, as you will be responsible for the monitoring and scheduling of vehicle and facilities maintenance, as well as monitoring and reporting on costs, mileage, fuel efficiency and various other elements. Any previous experience in compliance and fleet administration would be preferred, but is not essential. Travel to other sites across the organisation will also be required as part of the role from time to time.
What you?ll need to succeed:
- Polite and courteous telephone manner, and excellent written communication skills.
- A flexible and responsive approach to working, being able to prioritise new and changing tasks and responsibilities appropriately.
- Experience of data input, collation, and maintenance to a high level.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office products.
