- Utilize CAD Cam programming skills to create and optimize CNC machining programs using Hypermill software
- Apply precision engineering techniques to manufacture components for motorsport applications
- Interpret and work with engineering drawings to produce high-quality components
- Collaborate with clients to understand and meet project specifications and requirements
- Support the potential progression to a Production Manager role by demonstrating leadership and operational excellence
- Proficiency in CAD Cam programming, with a focus on Hypermill software
- Experience in precision engineering, particularly in the motorsport industry
- Ability to interpret and work with detailed engineering drawings
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
- Willingness to learn and grow into a potential Production Manager role
- Programming CNC machines using CAD Cam software
