Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and professional handling of client queries and orders.

You will be working in a small vibrant team in a beautiful village location.

Responsibilities 

• Handle queries and orders promptly and professionally.
• Generating new contracts.
• Booking client orders accurately and efficiently.
• Keep customers and managers fully informed at all times regarding the status of their queries or orders.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and always ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with accounts & invoices.
• Other adhoc duties as required.

Skills required

• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
