Project Manager - East Midlands
Approach Personnel are partnering with our long standing client to recruit an East Midlands based Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the operations team, working exclusively alongside clients in the medical, educational and commercial sector on construction projects.

Duties
- Ensuring that the allocated projects are run efficiently and profitably, maintaining full compliance to Health and Safety legislation and contract conditions
- Striving to create and maintain the highest standards of service, encouraging high quality performance and results
- Oversee Site Managers the day-to-day running of projects and Co-ordination and monitoring of subcontractors and suppliers
- Actively create professional working relationships and lines of communication between clients, suppliers, and the team
About You
- Proven experience working for a Main Contractor on new build and refurbishment projects up to £6m in value
- Previous experience working on construction projects within the healthcare or live medical environment sector
- Either a Degree or NVQ Level 6 in a Construction related topic or equivalent
- Knowledge and proven understanding of CDM Regulations and Health and Safety Standards
- NEBOSH, IOSH, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Asbestos Awareness, or NEC Project Management Accreditation
- Clear Enhanced DBS – obtained by the client upon onboarding
