Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing our projects around London. You will liaise with various site managers, conduct risk assessments, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and health and safety, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the installation of doors on multiple sites around London.
• Liaise with different site managers to understand project requirements and ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct risk assessments on-site and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the design and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of doors.
• Identify and source the types of doors needed for each project.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Immediate start required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience in health and safety regulations and qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with site managers and other stakeholders.
• Highly organized, with excellent time management and project management skills.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license.
