Receptionist - Beautiful Hotel - Full Time - Immediate Start

Paramount Personnel is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join this stunning hotel in the Kingsbridge area.

This is a stunning hotel that prides itself on delivering a first-class guest experience. The receptionist will need to have previous experience working within a similar standard of hotel. The Receptionist must be career-minded and have a passion for delivering great customer service at all times.

Hotel Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Managing the booking process ensuring all relevant details are taken and the customer journey is personalised.
• You'll greet guests with a warm smile and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• You'll answer guest inquiries, provide local recommendations, and be a source of information about our hotel's amenities and services.
• You'll go the extra mile to resolve guest concerns and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
• You'll be a team player, collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional service.
• Make the customers' stay a memorable experience by providing excellent service, communication and administration.

The Receptionist will work a mixture of early and late shifts and must be flexible as this will include some weekend work. You will be rewarded with a salary of £24k as well as other great benefits.
