Site Manager - York

Site Manager - Our client, a leading privately-owned construction contractor are recruiting a Site Manager to join their growing team based in the Yorkshire region. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager to work on prestigious design and build projects across multiple sectors throughout the Yorkshire region.

Requirements:
- Construction related qualification NVQ Level 6 / Bachelor's degree - Or equivalent (Desired)
- Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation (Essential)
- Previous Site Manager experience in the high rise residential sector or similar (Essential)
- CSCS CARD / SMSTS / FIRST AID AT WORK (Essential)
- Demonstrate strong communication skills (Essential)
- Valid UK Driving Licence + Own transport (Essential)
- Strong IT skills (Essential)

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £48,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
