Position: EYFS Practitioner Specialising in Communication Support

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to young children with communication difficulties within the EYFS framework.
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans to address each child's unique needs.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support children's communication development.
  • Track and report on children's progress, making necessary adjustments to support their growth.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in supporting children with communication difficulties.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
