Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the individual needs of each student.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and reports to parents and guardians.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Maintain a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
