Salary: £24,603 per annum (pro-rata) Increasing to £27,700 (pro-rate) following successful completion of a 6 months probation period

Working Hours: 21 Hours Per Week

We are looking currently looking for an Employee Experience (EX) Administrator to join our resourceful and innovative People & Culture Team on a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will be organised and adaptable with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.

As the EX Administrator you will support the Head of Talent & Culture (HoTC) with employee engagement and experience activities by providing efficient administration that is focused on coordination, data collation and report creation. This role will also link to other People & Culture colleagues to consider other data and activities that are important in the engagement and experience of our people.

As the Employee Experience Administrator your duties would include:

  • Coordinating and collating data from employee surveys through our engagement platform and other platforms that we may use for surveys or employee feedback.
  • Clearly and professionally communicating with all stakeholders to maximise participation in activities around employee engagement, such as survey deadlines.
  • Supporting our Talent Acquisition Advisor on attrition and exit interview data so this can be corelated with other analytics for insights and action planning.
  • Coordinating data from the People Operations and the Organisation Development teams around performance, development, or other areas that connect to the EX.
  • Producing professional and effective data packs for key stakeholders, including SMT.
  • Contributing to the identification and implementation of process improvements within the People & Culture team around data collation and reporting.
  • Ensuring a good selection of employee communication tools are utilised by working with our internal communications team to coordinate content i.e. Staff Newsletter, updates on Teams Channels, and creation of a communications calendar.
  • Supporting the HoTC with coordinating content creation for EX initiatives, i.e. employee engagement, collaboration, employee voice, recognition.
  • Supporting the HoTC on any strategic action planning initiatives from employee engagement surveys and coordinating manager feedback for their respective areas.

The experience and skills you need:

  • Strong evidence and demonstrable experience of working in previous administrative role(s).
  • Experience of working to deadlines and coordinating others to set timeframes and managing adherence.
  • Exemplary time management and organisational skills.

What else to expect:

  • There may be occasions where you will be required to work outside of your contracted hours, depending on operational need, and therefore flexibility is required.
  • The team supports staff nationwide, so occasional travel to regional offices is required for engagement activities. This includes visits to regional venues for training, delivery, and attending training sessions for personal development.
