This is ideal for an Estimator that wants to be valued by a business as being more than just a number. Here you will be working for a specialist Design and Build contractor that prides themselves on being a very close knit, family feel business. This specialist contractor is extremely reputable having over 30 years experience within a variety of sectors. They are now looking to add some senior talent to expand the business and assist with their growing pipeline of work.

Working with a base of blue chip, public and private sector clients, this north-west based business consists of several divisions, which includes : Building Services, Controls & Automation, High Voltage and Industrial Manufacturing. You will be based out of their office as well as visiting some of the projects they are working across as well as working in unison  with the wider building services department. Previous experience working across both design and build projects with values up to £5,000,000 that have encompassed HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and Public Health is key.

Your role as an Estimator will include:

* Reviewing and Submitting complete estimates/tenders

* Carry out estimates using estimation packages.

* Reviewing drawing spec’s for materials,labour, profit etc

* Consistent liaison with wider business units for project progression.

The successful Estimator will need:

* Extensive experience within MEP

* Proven experience working on project values up to £5,000,000

* Highly computer literate
