Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hours/week, unpaid lunch hour)

We now have a brand-new opportunity based in Norwich as a Technical Supervisor. Here you will be working with the worlds leading Facilities Management company and our biggest global client, they can offer you training upskilling, 25 days holiday and great benefits. 

Key Responsibilities of a Technical Supervisor:

• Ensure all PPM, statutory, and reactive tasks are assigned and completed within Contract KPI & SLA.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records.
• Manage day-to-day operations, materials, extra works, and projects.
• Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager on all tasks and subcontractor works.
• Act as a point of contact for nominated subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, policy, and contractual commitments.
• Maintain effective relationships with key client contacts and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Manage financial aspects of the contract as needed.
• Report incidents and accidents in line with company policies.
• Ensure health and safety policies are effectively implemented across managed services and subcontractor activities.
• Develop good working relationships with CBRE and client staff.

What You Need to be a successful Technical Superviso

• A good general education, with a time-served apprenticeship in the building services industry preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver within high-pressure, business-critical environments.
• Willingness to work long hours as required by contract demands.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Electrical qualifications.
