Responsive Personnel are pleased to be recruiting again for one of our leading clients, who are looking for a Account Executive to join their team in Swindon.

 In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and effectively promoting our wide range of services. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key tasks & Responsibilities:

Customer Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Drive sales and upsell a comprehensive range of  services.
  • Take responsibility of the key accounts 

Business Development:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers.
  • Work with the sales manager regarding opportunities to develop new products and services

Sales Targets and Reporting:

  • Meet annual sales targets set with the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.

Compliance and Audits:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure re-processor facilities are licensed.
  • Perform assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.

Database Management:

  • Keep customer contracts and audit information up to date in our database.

Team Collaboration:

  • Assist with tenders and support other sales team members.
  • Attend sales meetings organised by the Sales Manager.

Market Awareness:

  • Maintain a pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor services and pricing.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to perform technical assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Proficiency in managing databases and preparing sales reports.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a driving license and own transport!

Hours/Schedule: 

  • Full Time, Monday- Friday
  • 3 days of field based work & 2 days at head office or other sites.
