A manufacturing company based in Glasgow that has decided to invest heavily in their warehousing operations and implement some exciting changes across their business.
Your new role
Are you an experienced Programme Manager with a passion for driving change and innovation? Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team on a contract basis for 6 months. This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days a week on-site.
What you'll need to succeed

• Warehouse Management System Implementation: Lead the implementation of a cutting-edge warehouse management system across the client's estate.
• Automation Initiatives: Drive automation projects within the warehouse, optimising processes and enhancing efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery and adoption.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth execution of the programme.
• Proven experience as a Programme Manager, ideally within manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong project management skills, including stakeholder engagement and risk management.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and automation technologies as well as warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

What you'll get in return
An initial 6-month engagement with a day rate of £600 - £700 per day and will be a key part in shaping the clients' future technology roadmap.
