The Role

This is a full time, permanent position based in our Warwick office. Hybrid working options, including working from home, are available.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Completing reconciliations for bank accounts in multiple currencies.
- Posting bank transactions and journals.
- Scanning and processing purchase ledger invoices onto accounting software.
- Aiding the purchase ledger team by requesting copy invoices.
- Reconciling statements received from associates and suppliers.
- Managing the accounts email inbox and distributing accounts post.
- Sending out sales ledger copy invoices per client requests.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Accounts team as required.

About You

To join us as an Accounts Assistant, you’ll need:

- A minimum of 5 GCSEs including a Level 5 or above (equivalent to grade C or above) in Mathematics and English.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and pride in work product.
- Ability to balance and prioritise workload, remain composed and level-headed during periods of particularly busy activity, and being proactive in helping other members of the team.
- Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts.
- Working individually and as a team.
