An ideal applicant will have proven leadership abilities and a background in maintenance engineering. Various industry experiences can be considered and applications from the armed forces are welcome.
The company themselves have been established for over 100 years, are operational in over 30 countries worldwide & turnover £2billion + per year. Due to continued growth & investment within their engineering department, they are currently looking for a Maintenance Lead to join their team on full-time & permanent basis.
In this role you will report directly to the Head of Engineering and oversee a team of 8 engineers. You will autonomously run the team to ensure work is carried out safely & efficiently, driving continuous improvements, and work with senior management on wider engineering strategy.
