Mechanical Design Engineer
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and integrate UV drying equipment and other products using CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks).
- Compile parts lists, maintain drawing records, and ensure strict adherence to technical procedures.
- Collaborate with assembly and test technicians, providing practical and creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, responding swiftly to customer requests.
- Conduct site visits in the UK and overseas to gather engineering information and explain system integrations.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal departments.
**Qualifications:**
- BEng or MEng in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8+ years of design experience in an industrial environment, specifically in machinery design (conveyor systems, packaging machinery, etc.).
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software (Inventor Suite 2021 preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent communication in clear, fluent English.
- Willingness to travel worldwide; full UK manual driving license.
