Background –  

Menlo Park are working with a brand new and growing Private Healthcare Organisation, looking to add a part-time Health Care Assistant (HCA) to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a developing provider with a very strong emphasis on quality of care. You will be dealing with highly affluent patients and even celebrities on occasion. The role would ideally start as a part-time position (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) and will likely have the scope to increase to a full time role as the service grows and the move to the new premises takes place. 

Salary – £23,000 - £25,000 per annum FTE DOE + Nest Pension + 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays pro rata + Employee Assistance Program 

Location – Bicester 

The surgery –  

• Very new but forward-thinking Private GP service 

• Growing organisation due to move to new premises by April 2025

Your role –  

• Experience as an HCA 

• Opportunity to progress within the role and increase hours/days as the service grows 

• Part time (24 hours) to start with – Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 

• Flexible to support the front of house when not taking bloods or doing ECGs 

• Offer flexibility as the business grows 

• Well presented and be able to liaise with people from all backgrounds
