Role and Responsibilities
Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients on SAP HCM and UK Payroll issues and enhancements. Resolve system issues promptly, minimizing disruption, and provide guidance on system functionalities.
System Configuration & Maintenance: Manage SAP HCM and UK Payroll configurations, making necessary changes to support client needs while ensuring best practices and system integrity.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend system enhancements based on feedback and trends. Collaborate with the AMS team to share knowledge and stay updated on SAP updates and patches.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and client solutions, ensuring thorough records for smooth handovers.
Collaboration: Work with the project team to align development with client needs and assist in training junior team members.
Qualifications/Experience
Essential:
- 5+ years as an SAP HR Consultant (HCM and UK Payroll focus)
- In-depth SAP HCM and UK Payroll knowledge
- Familiarity with the broader SAP ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn SAP SuccessFactors
Desirable:
- SAP HCM and Payroll certification
- Experience with SAP Partners
- Knowledge of additional SAP modules
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors
