We're looking for a talented ServiceNow Consultant to join our team! In this role, you'll become a trusted advisor, guiding clients to optimize their IT service management (ITSM) and enterprise service management (ESM) with the power of ServiceNow.

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you'll:
- Advise clients on ITIL processes and all ServiceNow modules.
- Analyse client needs, assess processes, interfaces, and create accurate project plans and risk assessments.
- Design and develop applications and interfaces for ITSM and ESM tools, crafting holistic solutions.
- Lead and manage small project teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
We're looking for someone with:
- Relevant training or studies and a passion for continuous learning.
- Experience in infrastructure and application management.
- Understanding of IT service delivery and IT as a service (ITaaS) concepts.
- Experience with ITIL/ESM/ITSM (a plus).
- Experience with CMDB/CSDM, monitoring solutions, ITOM, and JavaScript (all a plus).
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (a plus).
- Fluency in German and excellent written/spoken English.
