Key Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects to students in all year groups.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to meet individual learning needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development and well being.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning space for all students.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events to contribute to the overall school community.

Primary Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in teaching primary school students across different year groups.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for education.
