Remeo is founded on improving the quality of life for people with complex respiratory ventilation requirements, through achieving the highest standard of specialist patient care.

Remeo wish to innovate every area of our respiratory service for the benefit of our patients and customers.

We'd like you to join us as a Respiratory Nurse at our service Lane Fox Remeo Respiratory Centre in Redhill, Surrey.

The Lane Fox Remeo Centre specialises in long-term respiratory support, both non-invasive ventilation and invasive ventilation, and in ‘weaning’ patients from invasive mechanical ventilation.

What you'll be working:

We're flexible, so you'll work a total 37.5 hours per week, on a rota basis.

What you'll be doing:

If you’re a committed and ambitious nurse who’s keen to develop your respiratory career, there’s no better place to be.

If you have already proved your critical care or respiratory skills, perhaps in an ICU/HDU setting, or similar environment, we can offer you a more stimulating role that offers real variety.

We actively support you to develop your skills through outstanding training and development pathways. You’ll enjoy the opportunity to broaden your advanced clinical or management skills through a range of courses and programmes.

For you, that could mean mentorship training or our own Advanced Respiratory High Dependency Course - a 30 credit, level 6 programme validated through The University of Surrey. Successful completion will enable you to apply for a band 6 role.

What’s important is that we don’t just promise, we deliver. That’s something many of our nurses’ comment on when we ask them what makes the Lane Fox partnership such a refreshing place to work.

Here, you’ll get the chance to build strong relationships with patients as you experience a diverse mix of critical and longer-term care. What’s more, those patients will be of all ages and have very different needs. In every case, you’ll be helping to create inspiring stories of changing lives.

You will have the ability to react quickly and keep a cool head, whatever’s happening around you. But at the same time, enjoy getting to know patients and giving them the kind of close, long-term care that they value so much. In other words, you’re not just technically focused, but very much a people person too. As well as that, you love learning and relish the opportunity to develop your respiratory skills and career.
