Weekend Supervisor Location: High-profile parks in London (various locations)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Friday to Monday) or 20-26 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday)

About the Role:

Are you an experienced supervisor with a background in grounds maintenance and cleansing activities? We are looking for a dedicated Weekend Supervisor to join our team, overseeing the delivery of high-specification cleansing services in different London Parks. This role involves liaising directly with the high-profile client and associated stakeholders in a high-profile location with multiple security and public-facing duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the delivery of ground maintenance and landscaping activities across the weekend (Friday to Monday or Saturday and Sunday).
  • Manage both permanent and seasonal teams of Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping
  • Directly liaise with the client and associated stakeholders, ensuring a professional and organised service.
  • Prepare for and schedule weekend work, while also responding reactively to ad-hoc requests from the client.
  • Implement HR, Health & Safety, and other compliance procedures, including staff inductions, disciplinary investigations, and report submissions.
  • Lead and actively participate in the delivery of ground maintenance and landscaping activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team leading or supervising complex grounds maintenance activities.
  • Full clean C1 driving license.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a management team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety practices and the correct use of PPE.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of work and promoting a positive corporate image.
