gap construction are proud to be representing a leading housing developer in their search for a Senior Site Manager to work at their development in Rhyl.

The project is a development of 33 timber-framed houses and we are looking for someone to oversee the site for 4-5 weeks (possibility of this being extended)

Performance Objectives

• Ensuring all health, safety and environmental procedures are always maintained.
• To work with the team to make sure the project are delivered by the company's deadline, in budget and to the highest standard.
• Responsible for the management of subcontractors, communicating with them daily to ensure work is being undertaken to plan and the relevant standards are being achieved.
• Management of required paperwork.
• Oversee the safe delivery and execution of work on site.
• Ordering and managing materials.

Person Specification

• Black CSCS card.
• First aid
• Muat have Timber Frame experience
• The Senior Site Manager/ Project Manager will have a keen eye for detail and be able to anticipate and minimise any disruption to the development.
