Job Description

This independent legal 500 firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years PQE and experience in commercial real estate. You will be working on a range of commercial property matters and will be supported by a team of 15 with a mixture of Solicitors and paralegals with great knowledge and support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and become a long-term member of the team.



Responsibilities

  • Working on a range of commercial property matters
  • Providing legal advice to clients
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Managing your own caseload
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team


Requirements

  • 2-3 years PQE in commercial real estate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own workload
