What you’ll do as a Recruitment Resourcer:

• Ensure every job seeker feels welcome, valued, and informed.
• Use our cutting-edge online systems and our database to find and communicate with potential candidates.
• Support the recruitment team with various tasks, including screening calls, sourcing talent, maintaining and updating databases, coordinating interviews, and formatting CVs
• Assist with various administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.

What you’ll need:

• A friendly personality with a genuine interest in others.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills—you'll be talking to people all day!
• Strong IT, administration, and typing skills.
• Attention to detail is crucial for writing adverts and managing CVs.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Location: Colwyn Bay Branch – Office based
Duration: Temporary - 8 weeks (starting mid August)
Hours: 30 hours per week (with an element of flexibility, required over 5 days, Monday to Friday)
Salary: £11.75 - £12.80 per hour (+ additional holiday pay) depending on experience
Interviews: To be held week commencing 29th July 2024
