Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a NHS Client to recruit an experienced Senior PMO Analyst on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working as part of the Transformation Department.

The Role:

This role will augment the existing PMO team to support its effective implementation and adoption by colleagues across the business of a suite of reporting activities. It will particularly support the PMO Manager, PMO coordinator in engaging across a range of levels within the organisation to support and manage its governance processes. This will include the communication, preparation, collation, and follow-up actions from directorate accountability meetings. This will include the timely and quality collation of accountability packs from across the organisation, as well as carrying out analysis of the data that is provided within to provide insight on these to support the effectiveness of these meetings.

The role may also support the servicing and planning for Programme Boards, and contribute to the collation of information for the high priority integrated performance report.

Requirements:

  • Experience of co-ordination of reporting activity including effective reporting processes and workflows
  • Experience in collating information and creating clear reports
  • Strong people and communication skills with ability to effectively progress chase information in a timely way
  • Analytical skills able to identify and highlight key issues, dependencies and items that require further scrutiny and investigation – able to capture key points succinctly and clearly
  • Experience in programme progress tracking and reporting, and risk and issue management and tracking.
  • Experience in creating standard programme documentation and standards
  • Management and servicing of governance group, including agendas, documentation and overseeing key programme meetings
  • Maintenance of programme documentation library
