Senior Building Surveyor

I have had a requirement from my local authority client to onboard a Senior Building Surveyor for a 6 month interim contract. This could be extended further after the initial 6 months.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role as Senior Building Surveyor with a Local Authority or Housing Association.
- Experience working on planned maintenance/reactive repairs, day to day repairs, and managing a small team or building surveyors.
- Knowledge of contracts management and acquisitions.
- RICS chartered is beneficial but not essential.
Job Details:
- Contract Length: 6 months
- IR35 status: Inside.
- Rate: Negotiable DOE.
