Lettings Negotiator – Redhill

A rare opportunity to join our clients dynamic and fast moving Redhill Lettings department has become available.

Salary: OTE of £35,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday’s 9am to 5pm - 5.5 day week (every other Saturday).

Location: Redhill.

About the client:

The services our client offers include Sales, Lettings, Land and New Homes, as well as being able to refer people to their chosen Independent Mortgage Advisors, who can offer mortgages and other financial products.

Here is what you need to know:

Duties:

• Managing enquiries and booking viewings.
• Conducting inspections and producing inspection reports.
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
• Assisting with business generation.
• Securing offers for tenancies.

The must have’s:

• A clean driving license and car!
• A winning personality! Yes this is a people business, so a charming smile goes a long way.
• Technically savvy.
• A knack for customer service.
• Very confident and have a great telephone manner.
• You will be well presented.
• Have good Administration skills.
• Are you a creative? We welcome anyone who has a good eye for jazzing up adverts or our social media presence.
