RADAR Technical Lead required for a major offshore wind developer based in Poland

Responsibilities

  • Support in delivery and execution of the auxiliary contracts in WTG package incl. reviewing supplier's documentation, claims, opine on the project programme and other deliverables.
  • Act as the primary, technical point of contact.
  • Support resolution of technical related issues/aspects with the SoW with support from the wider engineering team.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team, resolving technical issues as they arise.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.
  • Coordinate and attend, if required, site visits and inspections.
  • Prepare decision proposals, presentation and documentation for reporting and meetings.
  • Manage and follow-up on deviations of requirements such as but not limited to non-conformities (NCs) and report relevant items to the package management.
  • Support WTG Package in technical interfaces.

Requirements

  • MSc or other relevant Master engineering degree.
  • Relevant work experience within offshore wind and/or construction design.
  • Engineering knowledge with project management skills, self-motivation, ability to use own initiative, flexible, challenge solving approach.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills in English.
  • Fluent Polish.
