**Sheet Metal Worker**

Location: Manchester

3-6 month initial contract

£22.50 P/h PAYE or Umbrella (Inside IR35)

Workshop Based /Engineering /Stainless Steel

Business Overview:

Our client is a leading UK Engineering, projects, and installations company, managing large EPC projects for major blue chip FMCG manufacturers UK wide. They are recruiting for Sheet Metal Workers, offering an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension

The Role of Sheet Metal Worker includes:

• Read and work from technical engineering drawings within a workshop setting
• Operating cutting tools and machinery to cut stainless steel to the required sizes and shapes
• Using bending machines, presses, and other tools to shape metal pieces
• Ensuring that all parts fit together correctly
• All stainless-steel work required
• Working to workshop safety protocols and regulations

The successful Sheet Metal Worker will need the following attributes:

• Preferable experience in the food and beverage process industry
• Apprentice trained (NVQ Level 3)
• Site Safety (CSCS) would be beneficial – for occasional site installs
• Proven track record of highly skilled sheet metal work, and site installation projects
• Pro-active, driven, Team payer, organised
