Requirements

• Registered General Nurse or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Recognised qualification to at least diploma level.
• Commitment to professional development.
• Proficient in English and French.
• Own a car and have a clean driver's license.
• Reside within 30km of Mons.

Responsibilities as a Nurse

In-Patient Clinical Case Management:

• Complete status reports upon patient admission and during their hospital stay.
• Visit providers or assist with calls to obtain medical updates for remote cases.
• Liaise with providers and patients to gather detailed clinical information for ongoing case management.
• Escalate suboptimal or potentially harmful care cases to senior medical staff.
• Support discharge processes, ensuring accurate and updated medical records.

On-Site Patient Support:

• Provide ad hoc language support and chaperone services during healthcare visits.
• Establish and maintain relationships with providers for clinical quality assurance.
