As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Group, Cotswold Outdoor collaborates with Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and top-tier products, all while promoting sustainability.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Manage the day-to-day workload of the Customer Care department.
- Drive the team to exceed targets.
- Identify and log continuous improvement opportunities.
- Engage with the team to create a positive department atmosphere.
- Maintain awareness of department activities and performance.
- Report on daily performance and track issues hourly.
You’ll Fit Right In If You Have:
- Proven customer service experience.
- Leadership experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities.
