Are you an experienced maintenance technician seeking a new challenge? Join our dynamic team where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food processing facility.

Main Duties:

• Efficient and Effective Maintenance: Collaborate with the Maintenance Team Leader and operations staff.
• CMMS Administration: Maintain accuracy at all times.
• Plant Upgrades: Assist in both mechanical and electrical upgrades.
• Safety Policies: Implement and control safety policies.
• Preventative Maintenance: Anticipate machine failures and recommend necessary changes.
• Planned Maintenance Shutdowns: Be available with reasonable notice.
• Diligent Maintenance Tasks: Complete tasks using appropriate methodologies.
• Communication: Maintain good communication with colleagues.
• Training: Attend necessary training modules.
• Contractor Control: Provide permits and control contractors as needed.
• Site Flexibility: Travel and work between various sites as required.

Key Requirements:

• Full Driving Licence
• Completed Recognised Apprenticeship
• ONC Qualification or Higher
• Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
• Proficiency in Reading Electrical/Engineering Drawings and Diagrams
• Knowledge of PLCs, Inverters, and Diagnostic Software
• Instrumentation and Control Experience
• Experience with Hydraulics and Pneumatics
• Knowledge of Conveyors and Shredders Preferred
• Electrical/Mechanical Installation Experience
• Experience in Breakdown Repair and Fault Finding
• Background in the Food Manufacturing Industry
• Fork Truck/Cherry Picker Experience Preferred but Not Essential
• Flexibility to Work Outside of Own Field
• Own Hand Tools Required

Working Hours:

• Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour rolling shifts (days and nights)
