Desktop Engineer - Hamburg

Role: Desktop Engineer (Deployment and Support work)
Location: Must be based in Hamburg and speak German and ideally English
Rate: 250 euros per day - 300 euros per day (no expenses paid)
Contract length: 6 months initial
We are working with a large IT organisation who are looking for a Desktop Engineer who is based in Hamburg, Germany. You must be fluent in German and ideally English speaking too. The role will involve hardware installation on up to 100 desks for clients’ users, building up to the same numbers of client laptops prior to the 1st of September, you will then be providing onsite support from 1st September onwards.
Skills and experience required:
Please note, the role is based in Hamburg and due to this, require somone who is Hamburg based or local to Hamburg. You must be German speaking and ideally be able to speak English too.
The client are looking to move quickly and the start date will be at the beginning of August. Please consider this when applying for the role.

- Strong Desktop support experience
- Experience of End User support
- Excellent background of building and deploying laptops
- Knowledge and work on Audio Visual equipment
- Fluent in German and ideally English speaking
- Good customer facing experience
