My client is looking for an experienced Housing Options Advisor working from home and the Northampton office
Overview :
The HOA will be allocated new cases and deal with any homeless on the day cases and then complete robust triages of circumstances, provide initial housing options advice and progress homeless application through the relevant Part V11 duties and then make a final decision under s193 as to whether the council owes the main housing duty.
We also require a Housing Allocations Officer - Office based
Comprehensively interview, assess, investigate and determine housing applications to join the council housing register
