I am looking for a Contracts Officer to join a social housing provider in the West Midlands. The Contracts Officer will be responsible for monitoring and supervising various maintenance contracts. This is an initial 3 month contract

Contracts Officer duties:
- Monitor and supervise various maintenance contracts within a capital investment team.
- Provide technical advice and contract admin to raise and amend orders entering completion updates and monitoring invoices
- Compile detailed specifications, cost models and accurate procurement tendering documentation
- Supervise work on site, inspection and completed works carried out by contractors
What is required for the role:
- Experience managing social housing contracts
- Experience supervising contractors
- Knowledge of capital investment programmes
