Graduate Teaching Assistant

Role:

As a full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across various subjects. You'll work closely with experienced educators, gaining invaluable insight and hands-on experience in a real classroom environment. The teaching assistant role is the ideal position for Graduates who are considering embarking on a career in teaching.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting teachers in lesson planning and preparation
• Providing one-on-one support to students who may need additional support
• Conducting small group activities and workshops
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline
• Enthusiasm for working with secondary school students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to pursue a career in secondary school teaching
• Paid or voluntary experience with young people
