Do you have a proven track record of delivering exceptional interior design projects that blend functionality, aesthetics, and innovation seamlessly? If so, we want to hear from you!
 
I am recruiting for a leading Interior Architecture firm of 100+ in London with a well-established interiors arm who focus primarily focus on high-end commercial offices, Hotels and a small amount of residential. You will be working with a range of media, tech & law firms, with full client exposure from concept to project completion.
 
Responsibilities:
·Lead a small team depending on the project throughout the whole design process.
·Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints.
·Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to clients for approval.
·Create detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications.
·Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
·Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
·Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the design team.
·Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
 
You must have Revit software experience to be successful at application stage.
