Title: UPVC Carpenter/Multi

Location: South West London

(A company vehicle for business use, PDA fuel card, Uniform and PPE and parking paid will all be provided)

Temp hourly rate £19.50 per hour (perm salary £38,550 per annum)

We are looking for an experienced Multi trader/UPVC operative to work on a temp basis within our Reactive Maintenance Team in South West London and surrounding areas.

The role will be dealing with all aspects of internal/external window repairs including single and double glazing, repairs to doors, lock refits and repairs.

 Our Multi trade/Carpenters are expected to carry out a range of tasks inclusive of internal and external door fitting, Splice repairs, General Locksmith, bathroom Sub Floors, Bath panels and framework kitchen repairs/refits and Other general Maintenance repairs. 

 Our in-house maintenance team core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general. There is the opportunity to earn more from call outs and out of hours service.

We are looking for someone with:

·        Sound trade knowledge and experience

·        Experience gained within a Maintenance, site and or Housing environment

·        Excellent customer service

·        Right first-time approach

·        Good attitude to Health and Safety
