**Skills and Experience:**
- 2+ years as a Legionella Risk Assessor
- City and Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing is a plus
- Experience in healthcare environments is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274
- Full UK driving license
- Proficient in domestic hot and cold water systems
- Highly organized and self-motivated

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments per ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines
- Create schematic drawings and documents for clients
- Survey water systems in line with ACOP L8 standards
- Execute necessary remedial works
- Perform temperature testing and water sampling
- Provide technical support to clients
- Collaborate with team members for efficient service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and remedial actions
