Job Title: Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Location: Barnet
Our client are a well established accoutancy firm who are recruiting for an accounts assistant / bookkeeper to join their team.
The job spec as follows:
Accountancy preparations
Working closely with senior accountant working on the following tasks:
- Prepareration of quarterly Vat Returns
- Preparing year end accounts to trial balance
- Sales and Purchase ledgers
- Supporting payroll team (Software: Iris & Bright pay)
- Bank reconciliation
- On boarding clients / HMRC Compliance Process Tax Payments
Software experience: Xero, Sage & VT
