- Foster a positive and energetic work environment, motivating staff to perform at their best.
- Oversee staff training, development, and scheduling.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Handle customer feedback with grace, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
